  1. I am assuming this is a federal job overseen by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed himself. That’s why I say knowing Egyptians , Sudanese and other Arab countries way of thinking is more beneficial to Ethiopians. That’s why I recommend to make Arabic the federal working language of Ethiopia.

Whether we like it or not to reach into some sort of peaceful agreement with Egypt we Ethiopians need to know the mind sets of not only the current Egyptian and Sudanese military governments which is known to solve it’s problems through military action but we also need to know the mind sets of the popular Muslim Brotherhood political party of Egypt which got more diplomatic sense than the current military government of Ethiopia , got more diplomatic sense than the current military government of Sudan or than the current military government of Egypt.

Most military governments are quick to threaten by using their militaristic readiness as a negotiation strategy and stepping out of one negotiation after the other ready to start a war, rather than patiently discussing to negotiate until they reach an agreement which in the GERD case all three governments failed to reach an agreement by 1/15/2020 as they promised to their constituents and to their mediators. They failed to deliver on what they promised. The military governments of Egypt , Sudan and Ethiopia all failed to reach an agreement on 1/15/2020 as they promised because military governments are not diplomatic most often they are thick headed who resort to violence than discussion , who jump the gun quickly . Military governments are known to at others rather than talking with others.

ETHIOPIA IS UNDER A MILITARY GOVERNMENT .
-IN ETHIOPIA GOT THERE ARE MORE COMMAND POSTS ON THE GROUND THAN THE NUMBER OF COMMAND POSTS EGYPT AND SUDAN GOT IN BOTH COUNTRIES ADDED TOGETHER.
-IN ETHIOPIA THERE ARE MORE TERROR SUSPECTS AND PROTESTORS IMPRISONED THAN IN THE MILITARY GOVERNMENTS OF EGYPT OR SUDAN.
-IN ETHIOPIA THERE ARE MORE VIOLENCES THAN IN EGYPT OR SUDAN.

So it will be beneficial for Ethiopians to pave the way now, for the future generations to reach understandings by making Arabic an official federal working language of Ethiopia. If Arabic is good to Eritreans to use as a federal language of Eritrea with Eritreans keeping their heritages , cultures and religions intact even though Eritreans used Arabic as their federal language then making Arabic Ethiopia’s federal language also will not affect the cultures and religions Ethiopians currently follow.

Interesting development . Let us put the development in alphabetical order >>> a) b) c) ……..
    a) ACTOR ONE is a famous old timer of well known Tigrai family . He had history as a member of the founders of the TPLF etc etc but wound-up as a “commoner” with no effective fame. Ambition has a way of hurting individuals. The old timer was hurt by the mere fact that his old respectability has ‘gone with the wind’. In his twilight age, he was give a chance to be on the limelight

    b) ACTOR TWO: Sleek, quiet, charming, respectful to ALL The Prime Minister of Ethiopia, as the youngest leader of Ethiopia (43 years old) had to find a way to deal with the atmospheric problem involving Tigrai. He needed ACTOR ONE more than ever. Tigrai, after twenty four years of governing Ethiopia, all of a sudden, made a blunder and lost the position of Presidency in Ethiopia. The sleek young fellow took the place of Presidency with the HELP of the Tigraians >>> thinking they could manipulate him!!!!!!! They NEVER thought that he was a slick, intelligent, ambitious young fellow of 42 years old, appointed by Tigrai itself!!!!!! Tigrai, uncharacteristically, made another blunder. All of a sudden the Young Prime Minister — who was supposed to be political toy of the Tigrians — is labeled with all sorts of names and insults by the Tigraians. Too late, the curtain is opened for the audience.

    c) ACTOR THREE: Another sleek young Tigrayan with a Ph D Degree and full of ambition and confidence in himself pope-up into the picture. In the last Tigrayan General Assembly he came out with as an extraordinary victory with two-hundred and fifty nine (259) votes against one (1) vote for the opposition. PERFECT DEMOCRATIC SYSTEM THAT WAS NEVER SEEN AROUND THE GLOBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS UNIVERSAL LESSON. Even sensible people (followers) believed it. It goes to prove that TPLF (TIigrai People Liberation Front] is a force that cannot be taken as a wishy washy group. Indeed, in an extraordinary silent and slick move, TIGRAI is NOW AN INDEPENDENT AFRICAN COUNTRY, ready to be a member of the African Union and the United Nations Organization, as well as in other multitude of international favourite organizations around the Globe. Tigrai made it — according to its agenda. What is remaining is for Tigraians in Ethiopia to make-up their minds and decide upon their future LIFE.

Will other provinces in Ethiopia follow the trend? Only the Mighty GOOD LORD, UP IN HEAVEN, knows the answer — perhaps if we diligently and honesty read our ‘BOOK” seriously we may find the answer. AMEN or/and INSHALLAH, as the case may be. THE END
